The Imo State chapter of the Boys’ Brigade has inducted the Imo State Commissioner for Entrepreneurship and Skill Acquisition, Hon. Sir Noble A. Atulegwu as its Patron.
According to the State’s chapter of Boys’ Brigade, Atulegwu’s investiture is connected to his good leadership role, excellent service to God and the Boys’ Brigade and his unparallel contributions to youth development, especially in turning unemployed Imo youths into productive and self-reliant youths through skill acquisition and entrepreneurship under Governor Hope Uzodimma’s administration in Imo State.
The investiture ceremony was held yesterday, Saturday 27th, March 2021 at St. Marks Anglican Church Amakohia, in Imo State. The Honourable Commissioner was formally decorated as the State Patron, an office for men and women of proven integrity and good Christian standing.
Hon. Noble A. Atulegwu thanked the Executive Council of the Boys’ Brigade in Imo State for finding him worthy to serve as a State Patron of the movement and also promised to keep contributing to the growth of the movement.
As global movement with millions of young people for over a century, Boys’ Brigade serves as a veritable platform for reaching out to young people and impacting their lives positively.
