Imo State Out-Of-School Children Reduces Under Uzodimma

The number of out-of-school children in Imo State has reduced under the present administration in the State, led by Governor Hope Uzodimma.

In the national statistics of out-of-school children data (MICS) released on the 5 States of the South East region of Nigeria, the percentage of out-of-school children for Imo State in 2016 was 10.4%.

 

The current statistics taken under the present Governor, Chief Hope Uzodimma, the percentage of out-of-school children in Imo State has reduced to 0.6%, with Imo State having the minimum percentage of out-of-school children in the South East region of Nigeria.

Achieving this feat and making the country proud, the Imo State Governor had engaged new and relevant strategies toward the course.

According to Governor Hope Uzodimma, “the new ways brought by his administration to the table of work are yielding positive results.”
